Very enjoyable stay, as always. Wonderful place, spotless rooms, fantastic friendly staff. Comfortable and handy location with parking on-site. Appreciated shopping area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning sea views and a balcony that was perfect for enjoying breakfast. The room itself was well-furnished, especially the large and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities like the fridge, TV, and kettle were all provided. The attention to detail was impressive, with a small bottle of milk waiting in the fridge upon arrival. it was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The room had a good selection of supplies including a sofa bed, an iron, and a seating area, and there were bars and cafes nearby as well as free Wi-Fi.

Our studio apartment was unique with a fabulous view over the bay. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator worked well. The location was marvellous close to all the eateries and the staff here was welcoming and unobtrusive.

Neat and interesting place, has exceptionally good views over the bay. The rooms are delightful and fantastic, have electric blankets. A microwave, an electric kettle and fridges are a nice touch. The staff is being absolutely amazing. The location it offers is unbeatable, close to the Thai restaurant, and shops and the couple of restaurants. The service is fantastic, includes great parking.

The manager at this place was excellent and very helpful. The studio has a beautiful view of the sea and comes equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge. It's also conveniently located just a short 10-minute walk from downtown.

the hotel itself was lovely and neat and the stuff were efficient, it had wonderful location in the centre of the village. location: the property was next to other attractions, the nearby beach and local shops and restaurants. i didn't feel like leaving, spent excellent time and couldn't recommend more.

Loved my stay and recommend this hotel. The weather was glorious, had quite comfortable stay for one night. The restaurant was fabulous with good food, I tried amazing dishes. The location was stunning, not too far away from Mill Bay. You could walk to local supermarkets and small supermarkets.

The room was nicely decorated and had attention to detail. I loved the balcony, where I could sit among the palm trees and enjoy the breathtaking view. The hotel's location was very convenient for sightseeing, and the charming town of Mangonui itself was a delight. The staff, especially Allan, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel with its charming character and amazing sea views. The location was superb, right above fine restaurants and with a waterfront view. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with self-contained cooking facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The friendly staff and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about!

The location of this hotel was wonderful. It was so close to everything in the town and right by the sea. I enjoyed taking a challenging walk straight out the back door over the hill. The hotel facilities were great, too. I liked the spacious apartment with a useful kitchen and good size bathroom. The beautiful deck on the waterfront side was amazing, and I could have a BBQ on the back deck. The gorgeous view from my apartment was a real highlight. Moreover, the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly.

stayed at a waterfront property in Mangonui before, but this time at Waterfront Apartments Boutique and it exceeded my expectations. The charming converted wood buildings had a home-like feel and my room with a balcony had a stunning view of the bay. The hosts were delightful and the bedding was luxurious, giving me the best night's sleep in a long time.

Some repairs needed on windows and blinds.

This hotel's location is on point, as it is close to everything and right on the waterfront. The restaurant below adds to the convenience factor. The room we stayed in had a lovely view, and the decorations were tasteful. The bed was comfortable, and the basics were provided.

The bathroom was in dire need of some maintenance; the door wouldn't lock, and the showerhead was faulty.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the level of service and quality provided. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was outstanding. From the beautiful views of the waterfront sea to the stunning views from the balcony, every aspect of the room was designed with the guests' comfort and enjoyment in mind. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. I particularly loved the fact that there was a cafe right below the hotel, making it convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast. It truly felt like a home away from home!
